Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 can tomato juice
  • 1 pkg Fritos
  • grated Longhorn cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a deep skillet or pan.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic and cook on low for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato juice and simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the beef mixture individually over crushed Fritos.
  5. Top with grated cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
