Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • dash of black pepper
  • dash of red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Crumble and brown the sausage; drain grease.
  2. In a bowl whip eggs and milk; then add black pepper, red pepper and the Cheddar cheese.
  3. Add to the sausage and cook together until eggs are done. Serve with biscuits.
