- Brown meat; add soy sauce, Accent, garlic salt, pepper, carrots and onion, cool slightly, then add 1 egg.
- Take wrappers, cut into 2 triangles.
- Put approximately 1 tablespoon meat mixture onto edge of wrapper and roll, fold ends in when rolled half way. Seal ends with beaten egg.
- Pan fry 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes approximately 100.
- This can be frozen before they are fried.
