Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers

Instructions

  1. Brown meat; add soy sauce, Accent, garlic salt, pepper, carrots and onion, cool slightly, then add 1 egg.
  2. Take wrappers, cut into 2 triangles.
  3. Put approximately 1 tablespoon meat mixture onto edge of wrapper and roll, fold ends in when rolled half way. Seal ends with beaten egg.
  4. Pan fry 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Makes approximately 100.
  6. This can be frozen before they are fried.
