Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces chopped black olives
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 12 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 chopped hard-boiled egg

Instructions

  1. Mix well and refrigerate.
  2. For appetizers, spread on party rye bread and broil until hot and bubbly.
  3. For lunch, spread on toasted English muffins and broil.
