Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked macaroni
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar pimento
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  3. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
