Ingredients

  • 1 box elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can beef broth, if needed
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. stew meat
  • 6 c. water
  • white or black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil stew meat, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder in water until tender.
  2. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until done.
