Macedonia Fruit Cup
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. orange juice ⓘ
- 4 tsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 15 seedless grapes ⓘ
- 12 cherries, pitted ⓘ
- 1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 pear, peeled and thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 banana, peeled and thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 plum, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 peach, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1/8 honeydew melon, cubed ⓘ
- 3/4 c. strawberries, halved ⓘ
- sugar substitute to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- Pour orange and lemon juice into a large serving bowl.
- Add seedless grapes and cherries.
- Wash, peel and slice other fruit. Add each fruit to the bowl immediately after cutting it to prevent discoloration.
- Serve chilled.
- Yields 10 servings.
- Serving Size: 1/2 cup.
- One fruit, 60 calories per serving.
