Mackinac Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 12 ounces chocolate stars
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, milk, and vanilla in a saucepan.
  2. Add butter and bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Let boil for two minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add marshmallows.
  5. Then add chocolate a little at a time, stirring thoroughly after each addition.
  6. Add nuts, if desired.
  7. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan.
  8. Chill.
