Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 round onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 to 3 slices bread, soaked in water and squeezed
  • 1 heaping tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and put into loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
