Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 cups County Line cheese, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup catsup

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger until it loses its color.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour off excess grease and let cool.
  4. Add diced cheese, chopped onion, catsup, and salad dressing to the cooled meat.
  5. Blend all ingredients together and pack into an oblong baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture.
  7. Cut the mixture into squares, place on half of a bun, and broil for approximately 7 minutes.
