Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pasta
  • 1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese or Ricotta
  • 1 small jar spaghetti sauce
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in lots of boiling water.
  2. Drain the pasta; put it in a bowl and toss with cottage cheese and warmed spaghetti sauce.
  3. Add pepper, oregano, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to taste.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
