Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) ham
  • 6 to 8 whole cloves
  • orange marmalade or peach preserves
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1/3 c. cola drink
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 c. apricot preserves
  • 1 c. red wine
  • mustard and mayonnaise (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line baking pan with foil.
  3. Place ham in pan , fat side up; coat with mustard and stud with cloves.
