- Mix flour, water, and salt until the dough becomes soft.
- Add more flour if the dough is sticky.
- Divide the dough into two sections.
- Knead and roll each section into a 20 x 20-inch sheet.
- Spread margarine on each sheet.
- Fold each sheet like an envelope with the ends meeting at the center.
- Repeat the folding process to create two layers of folds.
- Cover with a paper towel and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Cut each folded sheet into 10 parts.
- Shape each piece of dough to fit your frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with tomato sauce or sour cream.
