Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Progresso Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
  2. Shape into golf ball size meatballs.
  3. Place onto a greased pan into an oven preheated to 350°.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove them from the pan and put them in your favorite red pasta sauce.
  6. Let simmer for 2 hours on low heat.
  7. Serve with pasta.
  8. Not recommended for cooking ahead and/or freezing.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
