Ingredients

  • 1 stick sweet butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
  • cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder and nuts.
  4. Spray cookie sheets with Pam.
  5. Make 2 strips and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Mixture will be very thick.
