Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small carton Ricotta cheese
  • 1 jar Ragu sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef or sausage

Instructions

  1. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan the uncooked noodles, a spreading of sauce and meat mixture, and 1/2 package of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Repeat this layering until the pan is full.
  3. (Crisscross the noodles and add a little water to each layer so the noodles will cook evenly.)
  4. Cover with foil and cook at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  5. Freezes well.
