Instructions
- Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan the uncooked noodles, a spreading of sauce and meat mixture, and 1/2 package of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat this layering until the pan is full.
- (Crisscross the noodles and add a little water to each layer so the noodles will cook evenly.)
- Cover with foil and cook at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Freezes well.
