Mango Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 -2 cup mango pulp ⓘ
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup water ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons runny honey ⓘ
- 6 medium basil leaves (or Tbsp chopped fresh coriander) ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon ground fennel ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon herb-seasoned salt
Instructions
- Combine in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with any vegetable salads.
