Ingredients

  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (29 oz.) can mangos and juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
  2. In a blender, combine mangos, cream cheese, and lime or lemon juice.
  3. Mix the blender contents with the jello mixture.
  4. Pour into a jello or Bundt cake mold and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  5. Turn out the mold and serve with mayonnaise or plain.
