Ingredients

  • 1 large can Ricotta
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small Mozzarella, grated
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Take 1 shell.
  2. Spoon a tablespoon of cheese mixture into middle of shell.
  3. Fold both sides over to the middle.
  4. Do the same with rest of shells.
