Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. maple flavoring
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cream together sugar and sour cream.
  2. Add eggs and mix with wire whip until fluffy.
  3. Add baking powder, maple flavoring and flour.
  4. Stir.
  5. Last of all, dissolve soda in vinegar and add.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Bake in a 350° oven until done.
