Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cornmeal (yellow preferred)
  • 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Instructions
