Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat and liquid from the beef and onion mixture.
  3. Add Velveeta cheese to the beef mixture and melt completely.
  4. Stir in the chili with beans and mix well until heated through.
  5. Serve the dip hot with tortilla chips.
