Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of Chicken
  • 1\2 Stick Butter
  • 1 Small can Mushrooms
  • 1 box Broccoli, chopped
  • Oregano, Garlic Power, Parsley, Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken in butter, add water (enough to steam). Add oregano and other spices. Steam (boiling hard) about 20 min. Add mushrooms and broccoli, steam about 30 min more.
  2. Serve with rice. It's Great!
  3. Serves 2.
