Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 2 oranges with peel
  • 1 large strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor, chop cranberries and oranges.
  2. Dissolve sugar and Jell-O with hot water in a bowl.
  3. Add ice cubes to the mixture and stir to thicken.
  4. Add chopped cranberries, oranges, celery, and nuts to the mixture.
  5. Stir well and chill the salad before serving.
