Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless chuck roast/steak
  • 5 large potatoes, quartered or sliced
  • 4 carrots, quartered
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion soup

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a crock-pot.
  2. Cook on high for 6 to 7 hours.
  3. Serves 4.
