Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup canned diced green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Jack or other)

Instructions

  1. Spread chopped marinated artichokes in a pie plate or shallow casserole and spread mayonnaise over the top.
  2. Sprinkle canned diced green chiles over the mayonnaise.
  3. Top with shredded cheese of your choice.
  4. Heat in the microwave until the cheese melts and serve with tortilla chips.
