Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (2 lb.) fully cooked ham slice

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, vegetable oil, wine vinegar, dry mustard, ground ginger, and ground cloves; mix well.
  2. Pour marinade over ham slice; cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain ham, reserving the marinade.
  4. Place ham in a shallow baking pan.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with the reserved marinade.
