Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons coarse grain prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, except the chicken. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the bag and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, turning the bag frequently to ensure even marination.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over hot coals until cooked through.
  4. Discard the marinade.
