Ingredients

  • 3 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 3/4 c. sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded cabbage, diced green pepper, diced onion, and sugar substitute in a large bowl; stir well.
  2. Combine Italian dressing, dry mustard, and celery seed in a small saucepan.
  3. Bring the dressing mixture to a boil and remove from heat.
  4. Pour the dressing mixture over the vegetable mixture, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
  6. Stir the coleslaw lightly before serving and serve using a slotted spoon.
