Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend together all ingredients to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate cube steaks in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Grill or broil the steaks for 5 to 10 minutes until cooked to desired doneness.
