Ingredients

  • 4 medium cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 tsp Accent
  • 1 Tbsp grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp tarragon vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Chill salted cucumbers for 30 minutes and then dry them.
  2. Combine sour cream, Accent, grated onion, tarragon vinegar or lemon juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the chilled cucumbers to the dressing and toss to coat.
