Ingredients

  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred cabbage and place in a bowl.
  2. Add oil, vinegar, sugar, salts, pepper and onion.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Let stand several hours or overnight to allow flavors to mix.
