Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • lemon juice
  • Dijon mustard
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • red-chili f akes
  • cayenne
  • 1 roasted pepper

Instructions

  1. Put 1 egg yolk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Add olive oil in a steady stream to form an emulsion.
  3. Add redchili flakes or cayenne and 1 roasted pepper; blend until smooth.
