Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 3/4 cup Marsala wine

Instructions

  1. Spray a 2-quart Corning Ware dish with cooking spray.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with Italian bread crumbs and place them in the dish.
  3. Distribute 1 tablespoon of margarine over the chicken breasts.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Pour 3/4 cup of Marsala wine over the chicken.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and flavorful.
