Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 6 mushrooms
  • spaghetti sauce
  • pepper
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Saute chicken breasts in a little butter until cooked, seasoning with pepper, basil, and oregano on both sides.
  2. While chicken is cooking, saute onions, green peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
  3. Place cooked chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish in a single layer.
  4. Divide the sautéed vegetables evenly over the chicken.
  5. Spoon spaghetti sauce over the vegetables to cover.
  6. Bake at 350°F until hot and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
