Ingredients

  • 80 marshmallows
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 pints whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Put marshmallows and milk in a large boiler over low heat.
  2. Stir until marshmallows are melted.
  3. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract and cool.
  4. When chilled and beginning to thicken, fold in the whipped cream which has been whipped until thick but not stiff.
  5. Pour into freezer canister and add ice and salt as usual.
