Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, milk, and butter to the egg yolks and mix well.
  4. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook like pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
