Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding (dry)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry instant pistachio pudding with the crushed pineapple and its juice in a large bowl.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
