Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can lump crabmeat
  • soda cracker crumbs
  • Pepperidge Farm crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, milk, horseradish, minced onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Top with soda cracker crumbs.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly.
  4. Serve warm with Pepperidge Farm crackers.
