Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork ribs overnight in the pineapple juice and basil mixture kept in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the ribs in a roaster pan for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  3. Remove the ribs from the oven and place them on the grill.
  4. Coat the ribs with barbecue sauce and grill for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Optional: Return the ribs to the oven on 'warm' setting and coat with additional barbecue sauce until ready to serve.
