Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 5 oz. shredded dried beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. May be made a day ahead. May be frozen. Bring to room temperature before baking. Serve with crackers or Fritos chips.
