Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium purple onion, sliced in rings
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for salad.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients.
  3. Add to salad just before serving and toss.
