Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean hamburger
  • 1/2 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. low-fat milk
  • 2 tsp. instant chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls (approximately 16 to 20).
  3. Bake in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 400° for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn the meatballs after the first 10 minutes of baking.
