Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Molly McButter fat free butter sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and garlic in a large pan for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and garlic.
  3. Return the drained potatoes and garlic to the pan.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients: Molly McButter sprinkles, skim milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mash everything together until smooth and well combined.
