Mashed Potatoes Hot Dish

Ingredients

  • 9 large potatoes
  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. hamburger (browned)

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender.
  2. Mash them, no lumps.
  3. Add all ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Place in greased casserole.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
