Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 c. noodles (4 oz.)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and green pepper in bacon grease until nearly tender.
  2. Add ground beef and finish browning.
  3. Drain meat and combine in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish with the Ro-Tel tomatoes, noodles (uncooked), salt and pepper.
  4. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
