- Brown onion and green pepper in bacon grease until nearly tender.
- Add ground beef and finish browning.
- Drain meat and combine in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish with the Ro-Tel tomatoes, noodles (uncooked), salt and pepper.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
