Matt'S Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 can well drained pineapple
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 stick margarine and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Mix 1 stick margarine, sugar and eggs.
  4. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed.
  5. Carefully spread on crumbs. Slice bananas over this, then pineapple.
  6. Top with Cool Whip.
  7. Garnish with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts.
  8. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
