Matzoh Bark
Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt butter, add brown sugar until caramel type consisteny.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay Matzoh flat in single layer
- Spread butter/sugar mix on Matzoh.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and let melt.
- Spread chocolate evenly.
- Add additional topping if desired (I like to use toffee chips or nuts).
- Chill in refridgerator about 2 hours. Break into bark pieces and EAT IT!!
