Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 stalk celery, cut
  • 3 carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 can water

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a crock-pot.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cook on high for 5 hours or until vegetables and meat are tender.
  4. Alternatively, cook in an oven at 275°F for 5 hours.
