Ingredients

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sweet cooking rice wine
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 3/4 to 1-inch thick Texas ribs (8-inches long)

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, sweet cooking rice wine, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the ribs in the mixture for 24 hours.
  3. Barbecue the marinated ribs until cooked and caramelized.
